1. Services: Interior Styling Tips

RoomsStyles provides personalized interior styling sessions focusing on layout planning, color coordination and decor selection. Clients may reschedule a session without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours before the appointment. To request a change, contact us via our contact form at least 24 hours in advance. If a session is cancelled earlier than 24 hours before the start time, a full refund will be issued. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior or no-shows are not eligible for a refund. All refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5 business days.

2. Digital Products

RoomsStyles offers digital guides and templates for interior styling. Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided that no digital files have been downloaded or accessed. After any digital asset has been accessed, a refund is not possible due to the nature of the product. Approved refunds are credited within 7 business days to the original payment method.

3. Physical Products

RoomsStyles sells decor items and styling accessories. If a product arrives defective or damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery and include photographic evidence. We will arrange for an exchange or a refund. Refunds for eligible items are credited within 10 business days after we confirm item condition. Clients are responsible for shipping costs when shipping back non-defective items. Exchanges do not incur additional fees for shipping on our end.

4. No-Refund Services

Certain custom projects or event styling services require non-refundable deposits due to resource allocation. When a non-refundable deposit applies, this will be clearly indicated on the booking page prior to purchase. Once paid, the deposit is not eligible for a refund; however, clients may apply the deposit toward a future service if the change is requested at least 14 days before the scheduled date.
